Start Posting!

OK, I know - It's been over 9 months since I have posted - I guess I am am not yet a blogger. I do other things on the communitysite; I write to people, promote it, keep it organized. But really, it would be great to just start writing bits and pieces and posting some images on the blog. Like all the 'Interpretive Touch Drawing' sessions I have done recently. My First Facilitating Experience

So I advertise on Meetup.com that I've started this Touch Drawing thingy. I have members sign up and I schedule my first Meetup. I had 7 people sign up for membership and a few had said that they were coming to the first meeting. Well, ONE actually showed up. I was so excited for anyone to show up! I had everything ready. My First TD Experience

I learned about Touch Drawing at a Cranial Sacral Training with Don Massat last weekend. Before he starts a training, we sit in meditation. Well, we go to sit down in a circle and in the center is a candle and around the candle he had set up a circle of these beautiful cards. I could not focus on the meditation, my eyes were so drawn to these images. I picked one up and felt so connected to it. It was this one:

I am thrilled with the process of drawing with gun powder. And I've finally realized a way to use the gun powder as if I am doing a TD. The process is different because I throw the gun powder on the paper and light it, and then continue to do that until an image comes to the pap… Continue
